Dr. Dorene Lehavi, Ph.D, was exposed to business partnerships from birth. Two of Dorene’s family members ran a successful plumbing supply business throughout her childhood. She saw the partners interact warmly at family gatherings, however, even as a child, her intuition told her that things could be fixed to make the partnership relationship more successful.  She knew one partner, her Grandfather to be softspoken about things that annoyed him and his partner, her Great Uncle, on the other hand, was much more outspoken and  aggressive.  She now realizes, that if they had a coach, how much more lucrative their business could have been.

Dorene saw first hand many other partnerships succeed. One partnership established by two brothers was busy and profitable until it was eventually sold to a large corporation.

Later in life, she unofficially consulted with her husband as he, along with his business partner, ran a very successful retail chain store for nearly 2 decades. Dorene was also exposed to disastrous partnerships, such as when she heard about her cousin’s business partner embezzling money.

Since then, Dorene has spent more than 25 years helping clients achieve their “Next Level” of success.

With her real-world experience of partnerships, aligned with her skills and experience as a psychotherapist, Dorene was inspired to save as many partnership relationships as possible and see them to success. She expertly created tools, including her popular Blueprint Package, to assist business partners who wanted a do -it - yourself tool. For those who wanted a more hands on approach, she created exclusive private coaching programs. Throughout her professional career as a coach, Dorene has had the privilege to coach business partners at all stages of their growth, from initial decision-making to exit strategies.

Dorene earned her Ph.D. from the University of Southern California, her MSW from Hunter College and her B.A. in Sociology from Yeshiva University.
